Question 1

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open your AppForge account, choose Manage billing, and cancel there. Square schedules cancellation for the end of the paid billing period, so your plan remains active until then.

Question 2

What counts as a credit?

Accepted Answer

Each message that asks AppForge to generate a new app or revise an existing one uses one credit. A failed provider request returns the reserved credit automatically. Monthly credits reset when the next paid billing period begins.

Question 3

Do I own the code AppForge generates?

Accepted Answer

AppForge does not claim ownership of your exported source or impose a separate commercial-use restriction. You are responsible for reviewing the output, dependencies, model terms, and any intellectual-property obligations before releasing it.

Question 4

How do I hand a website over to a client?

Accepted Answer

Open the project and choose Export, then Download website ZIP. Send the files to your client or publish them in a static website hosting account they control, then connect their domain through that host. The ZIP contains editable website source and a publishing guide. Running the exported website does not require an AppForge subscription. The saved project in your AppForge account does not change owner.

Question 5

Can I preview an app on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AppForge is responsive, so you can open the builder on your phone and interact with the live mobile preview. Exported React Native source can then be tested in a compatible Expo project.

Question 6

Do I need a separate AI account or API key?

Accepted Answer

No. AI generation is included in your AppForge plan. Sign in to AppForge with Google; the private model connection stays on the server.

Question 7

Does AppForge publish directly to app stores?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. AppForge gives you an interactive prototype and exported source. Native signing, store accounts, production backends, and store submission remain separate steps.
